If you receive a Community MFG piece that is damaged upon arrival, let us know. Through our quality control process we inspect each piece and take photos of all products (packed and unpacked) before they leave our factory; let's figure out what happened.
We stand behind all of the products we make. If you have a piece that is broken or damaged, reach out to us, we want to know. If it's within a “reasonable'' amount of time, and we can fix it, we will. We reserve the right to refuse repair or replacement on a case by case basis.
First step is to file a claim at email@example.com, once approved, the fix is on us, you just need to get the piece to us and pick it up.
Here’s the fine, fine Print…
Community MFG. warranty is a limited warranty in that it covers the original purchaser only. If your furniture is still under warranty, Community MFG will repair or replace any piece of furniture that is defective in material or workmanship. The decision to repair or replace the product will be made at the discretion of Community MFG.
In order to make a claim, the original purchaser must submit the original sales receipt or paperwork with photographs. If you notice a manufacturing defect, it is important for you to notify Community MFG within 7 days of delivery.
Community MFG offers a five (5) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on frames, subjected to normal use under normal conditions, excluding damages caused by natural elements, wear and tear, washing or abuse. Any product modification by consumer or other parties not specifically authorized by Community MFG will void this warranty.
