We keep it simple – checks, ACH and Credit Cards all work for us, just tack on an extra 3% for credit card.
To get us creating, a 50% deposit will do the trick (and don’t forget to fill out the forms we send you and return them to firstname.lastname@example.org
In 10-12 WEEKS (GIVE OR TAKE), your item will be on it’s way to you. Add an extra two weeks to that if your item is custom.

Community Mfg. requires that orders be paid in full prior to releasing. We do not have an in-house shipping delivery service. All shipments and deliveries are carried out via third party delivery companies. At any time, you have the option to pick up your shipment at our Los Angeles factory, let us know if that is something you are interested in. For will call, our team needs at least 48 hours notice, prior to pick up.
All shipments are consolidated unless otherwise requested.
At least 1 week prior to the order being complete, our fulfillment manager will reach out to confirm the shipping address. Once confirmed, we will work with one of our 3rd party preferred carriers to provide you with the best possible rates. community manufacturing will work with you and the carrier to arrange the pickup of your item(s) from Community’s dock, however, all billing and shipping details will be communicated directly between you and the carrier. please note that we require written approval of the shipping quote prior to releasing your item(s). you have the option to choose between white glove, threshold or b2b shipping methods. shipping estimates usually run about 7-22% of the order total and are based on transit within the contiguous united states. additional shipping fees will apply for any multi-level homes or stairs needed to place your items. community mfg does not bill for shipping charges. depending on the carrier, you will be contacted by the carrier, at least 48 hours after the shipment has been picked up, with billing details.
transit times are typically 4-6 weeks for shipment within the contiguous USA. shipments to north dakota, south dakota, montana, wyoming and idaho are considered “beyond”, meaning, they are outside of most carrier’s standard delivery service areas. all shipments are inspected, wrapped and picked up by carriers during our normal business hours of monday-friday 8am-5pm PST. the carrier will contact you directly to schedule your delivery date and time. community mfg is not responsible for any fees incurred for missed/rescheduled deliveries.
Flat rate shipping available for swatch/sample purchase. All ASAP products must be picked up at Community Mfg. warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Once your items have been received, you must fully unwrap and inspect your pieces immediately.
Receiving your order
Once your order arrives, please unwrap and thoroughly inspect your pieces while the carrier is still present. please check for the following: 1. correct items have been received, damage to the packaging or product. if everything looks good, enjoy your beautiful furniture.
though unlikely, If there are damages to your piece(s), please Complete the following within 48 hours of receiving the item(s):
- note any damages on the shipper’s paperwork before signing off on the shipment
- be sure to keep or make a copy of the paperwork with notes on the damage
- take photos of the damage from up close and far away so that we can see what we’re working with
- contact our team immediately with details of the damage, copies of the paperwork and images of the damage. Contact: email@example.com with your order # and the damage information.
All ASAP products are final sale.
We believe in what we make and don’t expect any problems, but just in case, Here’s the deal.
If you receive a Community MFG piece that is damaged upon arrival, let us know. Through our quality control process we inspect each piece and take photos of all products (packed and unpacked) before they leave our factory; let’s figure out what happened.
We stand behind all of the products we make. If you have a piece that is broken or damaged, reach out to us, we want to know. If it’s within a “reasonable” amount of time, and we can fix it, we will. We reserve the right to refuse repair or replacement on a case by case basis.
Here’s the fine, fine Print…
Community MFG. warranty is a limited warranty in that it covers the original purchaser only. If your furniture is still under warranty, Community MFG will repair or replace any piece of furniture that is defective in material or workmanship. The decision to repair or replace the product will be made at the discretion of Community MFG.
Community MFG offers a five (5) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on frames, subjected to normal use under normal conditions, excluding damages caused by natural elements, wear and tear, washing or abuse. Any product modification by consumer or other parties not specifically authorized by Community MFG will void this warranty.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in our service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
